    Mr. Eli Lankri the Mayor of Eilat will select the best picture of the year.
  • To be announced during the ceremony done live on Wendesday March 22nd, 2023
  • The best picture of the year wins:
    The winning image in this category will appear on the album cover to be produced for the competition
